Job summary

KPI Recruiting are seeking a HGV Class 1 Driver for a client based in Crawley. The role offers Adhoc or shift work with morning, afternoon or night shifts and a pay rate of £15.80 per hour, with overtime opportunities available and a typical 8 hour day.

The position is ongoing with temp-to-perm opportunities and weekly pay. You will be driving to depots across the UK and may be required to load/unload as needed, using state‑of‑the‑art vehicles.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Licence (Class 1) and CPC.
• Digi Taco? (Note: no extra requirements found)

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 1 across the country to various UK depots.
• Load and unload goods when required (handball).

KPI Recruiting are looking for a HGV Class 1 Driver for our client based in Crawley. Our client is a leading provider in the delivery industry within the UK, with state-of-the-art vehicles and services provided! Our client is looking to add to their pool of HGV Class 1 drivers as they continue to grow and expand their team.

Job description for a HGV Class 1 Driver:

• ADHOC or Shift work available
• Morning, Afternoon or Night Shift

• Average of an 8 hour day
• Year-round positions

• Drivers’ benefits include - weekly pay, additional shifts within KPI driving contacts available, use of state-of-the-art vehicles.

Your role will include driving the HGV Class 1 vehicle across the country, delivering to different Depots across the UK. you will be required to load and unload when needed so handball can be involved.

Rates for a HGV Class 1 Driver(PAYE) –

• £15.80 per hour days
• £18.07 per hour nights

The ideal candidate for a HGV Class 1 Driver will need the following:

• All up to date driving licence, CPC and Digi along with HIAB licence
• No IN, DD, DR endorsements on licence
• Hi vis and safety boots
