Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd are recruiting for a HGV Class 1 Driver based in Nottingham. You will join a team serving depots across the UK, with ad hoc or shift work and year-round opportunities. Weekly pay and overtime potential are available in a fast-moving logistics environment.

Ideal candidates hold a current HGV Class 1 licence, CPC, Digi tachograph and HIAB if required; no endorsements such as IN, DD, DR on the licence. Hi viz and safety boots are recommended.

Qualifications

• All up to date driving licence, CPC and Digi along with HIAB licence.
• No IN, DD, DR endorsements on licence.
• Hi viz and safety boots.

Responsibilities

• Drive the HGV Class 1 vehicle across the country delivering to depots.
• Load and unload when needed; handball may be involved.
• Work on an ad hoc, shift basis with ongoing and temp-to-perm opportunities.

KPI Recruiting are looking for a HGV Class 1 Driver for our client based in Nottingham. Our client is a leading provider in the delivery industry within the UK, with state-of-the-art vehicles and services provided! Our client is looking to add to their pool of HGV Class 1 drivers as they continue to grow and expand their team.

Job description for a HGV Class 1 Driver:

• ADHOC or Shift work available
• Morning, Afternoon or Night Shift
• £19.14 per hour
• Ongoing and temp to perm opportunities
• Average of an 8 hour day
• Year-round positions
• Opportunity for overtime
• Fresh passes accepted!!
• weekly pay
• additional shifts within KPI driving contacts available
• use of state-of-the-art vehicles.

Your role will include driving the HGV Class 1 vehicle across the country, delivering to different Depots across the UK. you will be required to load and unload when needed so handball can be involved.

Rates for a HGV Class 1 Driver (PAYE) -

• £19.14 per hour days
• £19.97 per hour twilight
• £20.78 per hour nights

The ideal candidate for a HGV Class 1 Driver will need the following:
