Job summary

Rapier Employment is seeking an HGV Class 1 driver for our client in Bradford. The role is long term and involves weekend shifts. You will deliver to RDCs and stores, with unloading using tail lift and cages, plus mandatory vehicle checks.

Candidates should hold an HGV C+E licence (12 months+), have at least 3 months commercial experience, and possess a Digital Tachograph Card and CPC qualification. Rates vary with day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• No DR10/CD10/IN10 – maximum 6 points on licence.

£18.57ph - £30.01ph

Rapier Employment are currently seeking an HGV Class 1 driver for our busy client in Bradford. This role will be long term ongoing for the right candidates.

Any shift to include a weekend day.

This role does require some manual handling of cages and tail lift work.

Responsibilities will include:

• Delivering to RDCs and stores.


• Stores deliveries will be unloading using tail lift and cages.


• Vehicle checks


• Shift patterns to suit but a weekend shift is preferred.

Days

Days: 04:00 - 09:00 starts

£18.57 per hour PAYE

Over time £27.85ph after 8 hours

Nights

Nights: 15:00 - 21:00 starts

£20.01 per hour PAYE

Over time £30.01ph after 8 hours

Rates are the same Monday - Sunday.

The ideal candidate.

• Held your HGV C+E licence for at least 12 months
