Culina Group is seeking permanent HGV Class 1 drivers to join the Morrisons RDC in Northampton to support general haulage operations. The role prioritises safe driving, excellent customer service and dependable delivery standards.

Shifts vary across days and nights with a range of hourly rates. You will perform multi-drop deliveries, complete vehicle checks, and adhere to hours, tachograph rules and transport team expectations as part of a professional operation.

• Completing all necessary vehicle checks and documentation
• Maintaining high levels of safety, compliance, and professionalism
• Working closely with the transport team to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to Driver’s hours, WTD, and tachograph legislation.

We are recruiting permanent HGV Class 1 drivers to join us at Morrisons RDC in Northampton to support our General Haulage Operations. This role is ideal for a HGV driver who takes pride in safe driving, excellent customer service and dependable delivery standards.

The roles are full time, working on a permanent basis and have a variety of shift patterns available working any from 5 from 7 across Days and Nights:

Pay Rates:

• Mon - Fri Day Shift - £15.15 per hour
• Mon-Fri Night Shift - £16.35 per hour
• Saturday and Sunday Day Shift - £18.15 per hour
• Saturday and Sunday Night Shift - £18.65
• Bank Holidays - £18.96 per hour.

Driver Responsibilities:
