Job summary

ARC Group is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 container driver for shifts based at Castleford. You will be delivering and collecting containers to and from rail freights across the UK. This is a daytime, Monday-to-Friday role with occasional weekend runs on request.

Occasional RHIDES card would be desirable but not essential. Previous container haulage experience and up-to-date CPC/Tacho are required.

Qualifications

• HGV1 C&E License with no onerous endorsements.
• Up-to-date CPC and Tachograph (Tacho).
• Good communication and knowledge of the UK road network.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting to/from rail freights around the UK.
• This is not a tramper role; shifts are Monday to Friday day shifts with weekend runs if requested.
