Job summary

Staff Selection UK is recruiting HGV drivers for Leeds, Sheffield and surrounding areas. You will undertake day and night shifts, trunking and depot-to-depot work, with ongoing regular assignments.

Newly qualified drivers are welcome, with CPC and tachograph certification. Local work covers multiple towns including Leeds, Bradford, York and beyond, offering responsive pay and flexible shifts for experienced and aspiring drivers alike.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Newly qualified/new pass drivers welcome.
• Valid Driver CPC and Tachograph card required.
• Maximum of 6 points on licence and knowledge of drivers' hours.

Responsibilities

• Day and night shifts including trunking and depot work.
• Collections and deliveries across designated areas.
• Weekday and weekend shifts on ongoing assignments.

HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers – Leeds, Sheffield & Yorkshire

Up to £18.25 per hour | Days & Nights | New Passes Welcome | Ongoing Work.

Staff Selection UK is expanding its HGV driver network across Leeds, Sheffield and Yorkshire and is looking for Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for regular and ongoing driving opportunities.

Newly qualified HGV drivers are welcome to apply – previous HGV driving experience is not essential for all opportunities.

We want to hear from drivers based across Leeds, Sheffield, Bradford, Wakefield, Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster, Huddersfield, Halifax, York and surrounding areas.

Pay Rates:

Class 1 Drivers:

• Day shifts: from £17.00 per hour.
• Night shifts: up to £18.25 per hour.

Class 2 Drivers:

• Day shifts: rates dependent on location.
• Night and enhanced rates available on selected assignments.

Full rates will be confirmed based on location, assignment and shift.

What We're Looking For:
