Job summary

Staff Selection UK is recruiting HGV drivers for Manchester and the North West, covering Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (Category C) roles. Drivers can work day or night shifts with multiple assignments available across the region.

Newly qualified or pass drivers are welcome, with CPC and Tachograph card required. Opportunities include trunking, depot-to-depot runs, collections, deliveries, and weekday/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) licence is required.
• Driver CPC is mandatory to operate commercial vehicles.
• Digital Tachograph Card is required for recording driving time.
• Good understanding of drivers' hours and working time regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate day and night shifts.

HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers – Manchester & North West

£15.36 – £18.25 per hour | Days & Nights | New Passes Welcome | Ongoing Work.

Staff Selection UK is expanding its HGV driver network across Manchester and the North West and is looking for Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for regular and ongoing driving opportunities.

Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply – you do not need 6 or 12 months' previous HGV experience.

We want to hear from drivers based across Manchester, Middleton, Runcorn, Warrington, Widnes, Wigan, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Oldham, Stockport, St Helens, Northwich, Preston and surrounding areas.

Pay Rates:

Class 1 Drivers:

• Day shifts: from £17.00 per hour.
• Night shifts: up to £18.25 per hour.

Class 2 Drivers:

• Day shifts: from £15.36 per hour.
• Night shifts: up to £15.86 per hour.

Rates may vary depending on location, assignment and shift.

What We're Looking For:
