Job summary

Staff Selection UK is recruiting for HGV Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (Cat C) drivers to cover Birmingham and the Midlands. New passes are welcome, with regular ongoing work and shifts including days and nights.

Opportunities span trunking, depot-to-depot work, collections and deliveries, with locations across Birmingham and surrounding areas. A valid licence, CPC and tachograph card are required, plus a clean driving record and good working-time understanding.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Cat C) licence.
• Newly qualified/new passes welcome.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Maximum of 6 points on licence.
• Good understanding of drivers' hours and working time regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day and night trunking, depot-to-depot work, collections and deliveries.
• Operates weekday and weekend shifts as required.
• Adhere to drivers hours rules and regulations.
• Provide reliable, professional service and maintain vehicle standards.

HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers – Birmingham & Midlands

Up to £18.25 per hour | Days & Nights | New Passes Welcome | Ongoing Work.

Staff Selection UK is expanding its HGV driver network across Birmingham and the Midlands and is looking for Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for regular and ongoing driving opportunities.

Newly qualified HGV drivers are welcome to apply, alongside experienced Class 1 and Class 2 drivers.

We want to hear from drivers based across Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, Coventry, Stafford, Cannock, Tamworth, Kidderminster, Worcester, Tewkesbury and surrounding areas.

Pay Rates:

Class 1 Drivers:

• Day shifts: from £17.00 per hour.
• Night shifts: up to £18.25 per hour.

Class 2 Drivers:

• Day shifts: from £15.36 per hour.
• Night shifts: up to £15.86 per hour.

Rates may vary depending on location, assignment and shift.

What We're Looking For:
