Job summary

Owens Group are seeking enthusiastic HGV Class 1 ADR drivers for our Llangennech operation, primarily Mon–Fri night shifts. The role offers a 45k annual salary within a fast-paced, family-owned national company based at the Llangennech site.

You will perform tachograph compliance, routine safety checks and complete required paperwork as part of our modern fleet. Ideal candidates hold a clean HGV Class 1 licence (minor points considered), digital tachograph card, CPC, and have at least 1 year of

• Pre-start vehicle safety checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Complete all legal and customer paperwork accurately.
• Participate in training including Driver CPC updates.

Owens Group are looking for enthusiastic & conscientious HGV Class 1 ADR drivers for our Llangennech operation working on Mon – Fri night shifts. Additional hours/shifts will be available if required.

Shift Patterns - Mon-Fri Nights

£45,000 per year

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

A valid clean HGV Class 1 licence (minor points considered)

A digital tachograph card and full CPC

Minimum 1 years of driving Class 1 is essential to be considered for the role

Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative

Good geographical knowledge

Driven Class 1 within the last 6 months

The Role:

Working for a fast paced family owned national company. Based at our Llangennech site, you will work a Mon – Fri on our modern fleet of new or nearly new trucks. You will be responsible for the following:

Adhering to all Tachograph, Driver and Road Regulations

Pre-start Vehicle safety checks and vehicle cleanliness

Completion of all legal and customer relevant paperwork

Excellent driving assessment and induction training programme with ongoing training opportunities including Driver CPC module updates
