Job summary

HG Recruitment is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 drivers for Bristol. This long‑term opportunity offers day shifts (5:00–7:00 starts), 1–6 drops, and potential progression to permanent roles.

Paid PAYE at £18–£20 per hour, weekly wages, pension, and paid annual leave are provided. Candidates must hold a Valid HGV C+E licence, CPC card, tachograph, and have solid UK driving knowledge.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV C+E (Class 1) licence is required.
• Digital Tachograph and Driver CPC card are required.
• Strong knowledge of UK driving regulations and Working Time Directive.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 1 vehicles with 1–6 drops per shift.
• Adhere to schedules and maintain safe driving standards.
• Ensure compliance with UK road regulations and tachograph rules.
