Job summary

StaffCo Direct Ltd is recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for Bridgwater. We offer day and night shifts with regular weekly block bookings and ad-hoc positions. This is a well-run operation with a modern fleet, friendly transport team, and secure on-site parking.

This role provides weekly pay, induction, an easy online timesheet system, and ongoing support from a dedicated team, helping you secure consistent bookings and reliable earnings week to week.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Must have CPC and Digi Tacho card.
• No more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR or DD).
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network.

Responsibilities

• CE trunking and RDC work onto bays.
• Shifts typically 8–12 hours with 8 hours guaranteed per shift.
• Operate a modern fleet with on-site parking.

StaffCo Direct are recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for in Bridgwater. We’re looking for both day and night drivers, with regular weekly block bookings available and consistent work on offer. Ad-Hoc positions also available. This is a well-run operation with a modern fleet, friendly transport team, and secure on-site parking.

Pay Rates (PAYE) – Rates are paid as split shifts

Mon to Fri Rates

• 06:00 - 18:00 £18.05 plus holiday Pay, or £20.22 including holiday pay
• 18:00 - 06:00 £21.66 plus holiday pay, or £24.27 including holiday pay

Weekend Rates (PAYE)

• 06:00 - 18:00 £19.86 plus holiday Pay, or £22.25 including holiday pay
• 18:00 - 06:00 £23.47 plus holiday pay, or £26.30 including holiday pay

OVERTIME AFTER 45HRS X 1.5.

What the role involves

CE trunking and RDC work onto bays using a modern, well-maintained fleet. Shifts are typically 8 –12 hours, with 8 hours guaranteed per shift, giving you consistency and reliable earnings week to week.

Our ideal candidate

• Holds a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 1 years
• Has a valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
• Has no more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR or DD codes)
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road Network
