Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting a Class 1 night driver for a full-time role based in Eastleigh. The position runs 12-16 weeks through the agency with no weekends. You’ll start around 18:00, work Monday to Friday, and typically drive up to Burton on Trent each night to unload and return.

A UK C+E licence and CPC/Digi Card are required, with two years of commercial driving preferred. Salary is £45,000 per year with potential overtime.

FULL TIME C+E NIGHT DRIVER - £45,000

The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf our client for an experienced Class 1 night driver based in Eastleigh.

This role is a full time job doing 12-16 weeks through the agency. No weekends

New passes welcome, must have commercial driving experience on 3.5t or Class 2

Salary: £45,000 per year

Start Time: 18:00pm

Guaranteed Hours: 10 hrs / Monday to Friday

Details of the role

• Working Monday to Friday 06:00pm
• You will drive up to Burton on Trent every night to unload and back
• Drivers must complete vehicle checks before and after each shift
• The vehicle will be a double decker curtain sider
• You must be patient and report any issues or delays to the night manager
• The basic annual salary is £45,000 per year with opportunities of overtime
• Drivers ideally should have 2 years commercial driving experience
