Job summary

Millison Chase Limited Recruitment is seeking experienced HGV C+E Class 1 Container Drivers for ongoing container transport work across the UK. Reliable and professional drivers will move containers between ports, distribution centres, rail freight terminals, storage depots and customer sites nationwide.

Roles include collecting/delivering containers from major UK ports, ensuring paperwork, seal checks and vehicle inspections are completed.

Qualifications

• Valid UK HGV C+E (Class 1) Licence.
• Driver CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Transport loaded and empty shipping containers nationwide between ports, rail terminals, depots and customer sites.
• Carry out container lock and seal checks before departure and complete transport paperwork accurately.
• Follow booking times, port procedures and tachograph regulations; perform daily vehicle checks.
