Job summary

SUEZ UK is seeking a driven trade waste driver to join the team in Luton. The role involves driving and operating trade waste vehicles to collect commercial waste and recycling from our customers, delivering a high standard of service and ensuring safety compliance.

You will work with a hardworking team, communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to maintain service levels and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Class 2 licence and CPC card are essential.
• Strong communication skills and customer service aptitude are required.
• Willingness to work as part of a hardworking team to deliver high service levels.

What will I be doing?

The role will involve the driving and operation of trade waste vehicles collecting commercial waste and recycling from our customers, delivering a high standard of service and ensuring compliance with our customer’s Health and Safety rules as well as our own at all times.

What are the requirements?

You must be able to demonstrate a passion for professional driving coupled with good communication skills and a willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team, delivering a high level of customer service.

The role also requires:

• A Class 2 license as well as a CPC card are essential.
• Experience of working in the waste industry is desirable though not essential.
• Experience of working with recycling vehicles, roll on roll off containers, is preferred but not essential as training will be given where necessary.
