Job summary

Grafters Recruit Ltd is seeking experienced Class 1 drivers for ongoing work based in Coventry. The role offers mornings, afternoons and nights with various start times and shifts typically 8–10 hours, with longer runs possible. Duties include clean trunking depot-to-depot work and an induction after assessment.

Requirements include a valid C+E licence held for 6 months, CPC, Digi Tacho Card, and no more than 6 penalty points, plus a minimum of 3 months driving experience. PAYE rates apply.

Job description

DUTIES:

• Mornings / Afternoons and Nights all available - various start times to suit.
• Length shifts between 8-10 hours - longer runs can be available if desired.
• Clean Trunking work - depot to depot

Each driver will be required to pass an assessment prior to being given a full induction.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Valid C+E category on your driving licence, held for 6 months
• Minimum 3 months driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence
• Valid driver CPC qualified
• Valid digi Tacho Card

Rates of pay are:

PAYE:

• Monday to Fridays - Days - £17.75 Per Hour
• Monday to Fridays Nights - £18.25 Per Hour
• Bank Holidays £24.00 Per hour
