Job summary

Domino’s Store Manager position invites you to lead a busy store, driving daily operations, sales and service excellence. You will inspire a team, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll manage performance, deliver training, and adapt to flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, while upholding company policies and food safety regulations.

The Role:

As a Store Manager, you’ll lead your Domino’s store to success - overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience. You’ll inspire, develop, and motivate your team, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Role Requirements:

This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges), and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
