Domino's is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in a busy store environment. You will lead by example, ensuring exceptional customer service, high food quality, and strong team performance.

You’ll oversee daily operations, manage inventory and costs, and contribute to recruitment, training and development. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and late nights, with opportunities for progression within a well-known brand.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurant (QSR) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and late nights as required.
• Right to work in the UK or Ireland (relevant to store location)

The Role:

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality and team performance. You’ll lead by example, motivate your team and help drive the success of your store.

Role Requirements:

This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges), and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
