Domino’s stores are operated by independent franchisees. Domino’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store’s daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will inspire, develop, and motivate the team while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You’ll manage staffing and training, oversee inventory and loss prevention, and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management, ideally in food, retail, or QSR environments.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Results-driven, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
• Right to work in the UK/Ireland.

The Role:

As a Store Manager, you’ll lead your Domino’s store to success - overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience. You’ll inspire, develop, and motivate your team, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Role Requirements:

This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges), and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
