Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy store, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You’ll manage daily operations, guide a team, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be responsible for training, performance reviews, and coordinating with local marketing while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere and controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in food, retail, or QSR environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Right to work in the UK/Ireland.

The Role:

As a Store Manager, you’ll lead your Domino’s store to success - overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience. You’ll inspire, develop, and motivate your team, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Results-driven, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
• Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
• Right to work in the UK/Ireland

Role Requirements:

This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges), and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
