Job summary

Careermakers Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Site Manager in Liverpool to oversee daily operations on Grade 1 heritage sites. You will manage subcontractors and labour, plan material deliveries, and ensure paperwork is in order, reporting to directors on a daily/weekly basis.

The role requires SMSTS certification (or equivalent), a CSCS card (BLACK or GOLD), and strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with prior heritage site experience.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification (or equivalent).
• CSCS Card (BLACK or GOLD).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Prior experience working on Grade 1 heritage sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations.
• Subcontractor/labour management.
• Planning all materials and deliveries ahead of time.
• Ensuring all paperwork is in order
• Reporting to directors on a daily/weekly basis.
