Job summary

Cornwall Heritage Trust in Redruth is seeking a part-time Project Manager to oversee capital and community projects, including NLHF/AHF funded work at Nancealverne. The role requires delivering projects on time and within budget, liaising with partners, funders and the leadership team.

The successful candidate will build volunteering structures, support income generation plans, and work flexibly within a small, proactive team to drive Cornwall’s heritage forward.

Qualifications

• Track record of successful project management with grant-funded schemes.
• Experience in income generation or volunteering strategy development.
• Experience working in a small team and board-level liaison.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NLHF and AHF funded projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee project plans and risk registers to meet timescales and budgets.
• Commission external consultants for feasibility studies and surveys.
• Contribute to community consultations and project evaluation.
• Develop volunteering strategy for Nancealverne.
• Contribute to income generation strategy for the property.
• Liaise with partners, funders and senior leadership.
