Job summary

English Heritage is seeking a part-time Project Co-ordinator (18 hours per week) to support the Pendennis Keep Connections National Lottery Heritage Fund project. You’ll work with the Project Manager and Senior Responsible Officer to keep actions, timelines and budgets on track, coordinating meetings and stakeholders, with site travel to Pendennis Castle as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative experience with ability to plan and organise
• Experience in project management or similar environment in design/construction/heritage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• IT literacy including advanced MS Office and intranet skills

Responsibilities

• Provide project support to Pendennis Keep Connections Project Manager and Senior Responsible Officer
• Coordinate activities of the wider project team
• Travel to Pendennis Castle for meetings as required
• Maintain action logs, timelines and budgets; ensure actions are followed through
• Coordinate meetings with teams, suppliers and stakeholders and keep project information up to date
