Job summary

Cornwall Heritage Trust is seeking a part‑time Project Manager to lead grant funded projects at Nancealverne, 17.5 hours per week, fixed term for one year. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee plans, budgets and stakeholder engagement to deliver outcomes in line with the charity’s strategic aims.

Applicants should have a proven track record in project management, delivering heritage or capital projects, and experience in income generation and volunteering strategies.

Qualifications

• Track record in delivering grant-funded schemes on time and within budget.
• Experience of formulating and implementing strategies (income generation or volunteering).
• Experience of partnership working and working with volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NLHF and AHF funded projects and ensure funders' commitments are met.
• Oversee project plans and risk registers to meet timescales and budgets.
• Advertise and commission external consultants for feasibility studies and work programmes.
• Assist with community consultations and collect feedback for evaluation.
• Formulate a volunteering strategy for Nancealverne.
• Contribute to income generation strategy for the property.
• Liaise with partners, funders, Senior Leadership Team and project board.
• Hands-on duties as part of a small team; occasional evenings and events.
