Job summary

English Heritage is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join Kenilworth Castle. This part-time role involves helping in the kitchen and providing front-of-house service within a historic site, with hours from April to October and a zero-hour contract for November to March.

You will work as part of a team, delivering excellent customer service and contributing to a welcoming visitor experience. Training is provided, and there is potential for progression within the heritage sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food & beverage role is helpful.
• Full training will be provided.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to get involved are valued.

Responsibilities

• Taking and preparing food and drink orders.
• Cooking and assisting with food preparation in our kitchen.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
