• Establish an audience baseline and identify priority audiences.
• Understand visitor motivations, barriers, satisfaction and loyalty.
• Research current, lapsed and non-visitors, including underrepresented audiences.
• Explore opportunities around admissions, membership, programming and visitor income.
• Identify how the Bakehouse and landscape offer can attract and engage audiences.
• Turn research into practical recommendations, measures and an audience framework for project delivery and application.
