Qualifications

• Experience in general Building Services Maintenance work.
• Well developed communication skills and able to work successfully with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to produce clear and professional notes and emails.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and maintaining accurate records.
• A problem solving mindset, with a practical application.

Responsibilities

• Install and make good plasterboard, skirting and boxing in a range of spaces.
• 1st and 2nd fix plumbing in hospitality spaces, along with general repairs.
• Carry out decorating projects both internally and externally.
• Ensure all required materials are requested and cross check with the helpdesk for delivery to the correct address.
• Purchase additional materials and equipment if necessary.
• Liaise with the client on queries and explain issues on a job.
• Confirm each job meets the required standards and provide paperwork for client records.
• Update the job log with notes and upload relevant documentation.
• Support the Account Manager and Billing Team with query management to aid invoicing.
