Qualifications

• Experience in general Building Services Maintenance work.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to produce clear and professional notes and emails.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Problem solving mindset with practical application.

Responsibilities

• Install and plasterboard, skirting and boxing in various spaces.
• 1st and 2nd fix plumbing in hospitality spaces and general repairs.
• Carry out decorating projects both internally and externally.
• Request materials and coordinate with helpdesk for delivery to correct address.
• Purchase additional materials and equipment as necessary.
• Liaise with clients and explain issues on a job.
• Ensure each job meets required standards and provide client paperwork.
• Update the job log with notes and upload documentation.
• Support Account Manager and Billing Team with query management for invoicing.
