eNL is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join our Herefordshire office. The firm supports hybrid working and may offer a relocation package for the right candidate.

You will manage a varied caseload—freehold/leasehold sales, remortgages, buy-to-let and transfers of equity—supporting clients through from instruction to completion with clear, practical advice. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, strong attention to detail and the ability to

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Residential Conveyancing.
• Excellent communication skills and client liaison.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex files.
• Good knowledge of local property market and conveyancing challenges.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Remortgages, buy-to-let transactions and transfers of equity.
• Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
• Reviewing contracts, raising enquiries, checking searches and resolving title issues.
• Building relationships with estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties.
• Providing clear, practical advice and delivering excellent client care.
