UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL SOUTHAMPTON NHS FOUNDATION TRUST is seeking a Band 4 Digital Support Worker to join the Hepatology Team in Southampton. You will monitor and book surveillance for Hepatology patients and work closely with a fellow Digital Support Worker to support patient care.

- Monitor and book surveillance for Hepatology patients using My Medical Records.
- Support Hepatology patients and their care as part of the MDT.
