UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL SOUTHAMPTON NHS FOUNDATION TRUST is seeking a Band 4 Digital Support Worker to join the Hepatology Team in Southampton. You will monitor and book surveillance for Hepatology patients and work closely with a fellow Digital Support Worker to support patient care.

• Support Hepatology patients and their care as part of the MDT.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in the Hepatology Team as a Band 4 Digital Support Worker . You will be part of the multi disciplinary team and work alongside another Digital Support Worker to support Hepatology patients and their care .
