Job summary

Center Parcs Longleat Forest is seeking a Helpdesk Operator to manage accommodation-related fault requests from guests and colleagues. You will coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.

The role is part-time with shifts between 7:30am and 9:30pm and a guaranteed minimum of 64 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work extra hours to meet operational needs, including early mornings, evenings and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with contractors, guests and colleagues.
• Ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming requests via phone and our fault reporting system
• Allocate jobs to Technicians or Housekeepers based on issue type
• Keep the fault reporting system up to date
