The position is a full-time contract with a guaranteed minimum of 160 hours over 4 weeks and may require early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. A driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Full Driving Licence, held for a minimum of 6 months.
• Practical working knowledge and experience in general maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Respond to maintenance callouts and resolve issues promptly.
• Carry out general and planned preventative maintenance tasks.
• Record and communicate incomplete work and potential future problems.
