University of Leicester is seeking a Help Desk Operator to be the first point of contact for residents, delivering a friendly and efficient service while supporting a safe and welcoming environment. Two 12-month fixed-term contracts are available, full-time at 35 hours per week.

You will work closely with a wide range of teams, building strong community links to ensure issues are resolved quickly and residents feel supported throughout their stay. This is a varied role offering real engagement with our students, staff and parents from arrivals through to day-to-day support.
