As a Support Worker you will be responsible for delivering domestic and social support to older people in their own homes living in Leeds.
Help at Home currently covers postcodes LS4-8, LS13, LS16-21 and LS28. We are looking for support workers whoare able to travel around these areas, working up to 25 hours over 5 days, between Monday and Friday on a variablehourscontract.
Flexibility to travel to all postcodes currently covered and ensure service consistency would be desirable.
All training is provided; however we would especially like to hear from candidates who have relevant valid certificates.
Experience of working in a role which provides domestic and social support is essential for this post. Experience of providing support in a community setting on a 121 basis would be of a distinct advantage.
A full driving license and access to a vehicle for business use is essential.
