Job summary

Accessible Arts and Media in Leeds is seeking a Help at Home Support Worker to deliver domestic and social support for older people in their own homes across Leeds. The role requires travel between LS4-8, LS13, LS16-21 and LS28, with up to 25 hours over 5 days, Monday to Friday, on a variable hours contract.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering domestic and social support to older people at home.
• Valid certificates in relevant care or support roles preferred.
• Evidence of ability to travel across Leeds postcodes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver domestic and social support to older people in their own homes in Leeds.
• Travel across LS4-8, LS13, LS16-21 and LS28 to cover the service area (up to 25 hours/week, 5 days).
• Attend training provided; hold valid certificates if available.
