• Managing delegated responsibilities, such as meeting contractors or builders on behalf of the employer.
• Assisting with overseeing and coordinating agreed projects and tasks, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Carrying out a range of additional duties as required in support of independent living and ongoing projects.
• The ideal candidate will be organised, trustworthy, practical, and confident taking responsibility for delegated tasks while working independently when required.

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and practical individual to join our team in a combined Support Worker and Personal Assistant role. This is a varied position offering a mix of practical support and administrative or project-based responsibilities.
