Clermont Hotel Group’s Hell’s Kitchen London is seeking Front of House team members to deliver polished, five-star service in a high-energy setting. You’ll take orders confidently, work closely with kitchen and bar teams, and ensure guest moments reflect the Hell’s Kitchen brand.

Applicants should have experience in premium hospitality, strong communication, and composure under pressure. We offer hourly pay of £13.50 with troncs and a range of staff benefits.

Recreating the tension of the show’s famed red and blue open kitchens diners witness the precision and intensity behind every dish, as well as a contemporary bar showcasing the latest trends in mixology. The menu features signature, show-inspired creations such as the legendary Beef Wellington, Pan-Seared Scallops, and Sticky Toffee Pudding, each prepared with the same passion and perfection expected from the show’s world-class chefs.

More than a meal, Hell’s Kitchen offers guests a front-row seat to the ultimate dining performance in one of London’s most sought-after locations, The Cumberland champions the city’s cultural and music scene, inspired by its rich history of housing music legends.

As part of the front-of-house team, you’ll play a vital role in creating unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll deliver polished, intuitive service while maintaining pace, professionalism and personality throughout every service. Whether welcoming first-time diners or recognising VIP guests, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects the excellence and energy of the Hell’s Kitchen brand.
