The Cumberland, part of Clermont Hotel Group in London, is seeking an experienced sommelier to deliver expert wine service and tailored recommendations to guests of Hell’s Kitchen. You will curate wine pairings, build relationships with guests and VIPs, train the front-of-house team, manage stock and collaborate with suppliers while ensuring licensing and safety standards.

Recreating the tension of the show’s famed red and blue open kitchens diners witness the precision and intensity behind every dish, as well as a contemporary bar showcasing the latest trends in mixology. The menu features signature, show-inspired creations such as the legendary Beef Wellington, Pan-Seared Scallops, and Sticky Toffee Pudding, each prepared with the same passion and perfection expected from the show’s world-class chefs.

More than a meal, Hell’s Kitchen offers guests a front-row seat to the ultimate dining performance in one of London’s most sought-after locations, The Cumberland champions the city’s cultural and music scene, inspired by its rich history of housing music legends.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Delivering expert wine service and tailored recommendations to guests
  • Curating thoughtful wine pairings to complement the Hell’s Kitchen menu
