Job summary

Biffa is offering an HGV Technician Apprentice program in Oxford. The role provides hands-on training in maintaining and repairing a fleet of vehicles, with real-world experience and qualifications gained along the way.

You will learn to service and fix HGVs/LGVs, diagnose faults, prepare vehicles for MOTs, and work with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while adhering to safety standards in a busy workshop.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Holder of a valid Cat B driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair HGVs and LGVs.
• Diagnose and fix vehicle faults.
