Qualifications

• Completion of signed service and inspection records.
• Completion of defect reports and associated paperwork.
• Prepare vehicles for annual MOT testing.
• Perform ad-hoc vehicle repairs.
• Ensure safe use of tools and equipment.

Skills

Fully skilled with applicable Licences / Vocational Training

Knowledge of automotive equipment

Ability to lift and manoeuvre Heavy Vehicle Components

Experience with welding and basic D.C. electrical troubleshooting skills

Previous experience within a similar role

Education

City & Guilds parts 1 & 2 or equivalent in commercial vehicle repairs

Valid driving license

Tools

All automotive equipment
