Responsibilities

• Provide professional assessment of heavy vehicle statutory test applications for first tests and conversions, ensuring full compliance.
• Assess ECWVTA applications and advise on related vehicle approvals.
• Support non-technical processing teams with technical queries and act as advisor to external stakeholders.
• Investigate solutions to mitigate risks and issues in vehicle testing processes.
• Collaborate with Vehicle Policy Team on new requirements and standards.
• Maintain databases and document responses to inquiries in a timely manner.
