Path Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Workshop Supervisor in Cannock to oversee a six-engineer heavy plant workshop. The role offers a salary of £49,000–£57,000 with a company van, overtime and healthcare, plus clear career progression.

You will manage day-to-day operations, allocate workloads, supervise repairs and stay hands-on with servicing and repairs while supporting recruitment and training needs. A strong leadership and hands-on approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a heavy plant workshop.
• Proven track record leading engineers in a workshop setting.
• Hands-on experience servicing and repairing heavy plant equipment.
• CSCS card required and knowledge of workshop safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of a busy heavy plant workshop in Cannock.
• Allocate workloads and monitor repair progress.
• Inspect completed work and identify training needs.
• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on heavy plant equipment.
• Order parts and support recruitment of engineers; ensure safety and efficiency.
