Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer in Warwick to perform Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance on plant, equipment and building services. The role involves identifying risks, implementing preventive maintenance, fault finding and applying HSE standards.

The successful candidate will work with heavy machinery and building systems, using CAFM to plan tasks, and may require overtime including nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience across plant, equipment and building services.
• Experience with three-phase motors, drives and inverters.
• Ability to supervise contractors and write risk/method statements.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and permits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage site risks; update drawings; improve and implement preventive maintenance.
• Utilise new equipment/technologies to maintain production; coordinate PMs with client requests.
• Fault find on a range of machinery and electrical systems.
• Provide Electrical and Mechanical expertise within the maintenance department.
• Write and follow risk assessments, permits, and safety documentation.
• Work on three-phase systems up to 440V and on motors, gearboxes, valves, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Plan daily work using CAFM systems and liaise with onsite Site Services for building issues.
• Overtime may be required, including nights and weekends.
