A UK-based recruitment agency is looking for a Heating and Ventilation Property Inspector in Aberdeen. Responsibilities

• Inspect public buildings and provide mechanical maintenance solutions
• Repairs and maintenance to commercial heating and ventilation systems
• Ensure plant/equipment is well maintained and compliant with expected standards
• Carry out site inspections, updating and maintaining statutory records
• Assess repair requirements, allocate work to mechanical contractors and assist in managing any maintenance required

Qualifications

• Experienced in commercial heating and ventilation system installation, repair and maintenance
• Ability to work within a team, contribute at meetings, liaise with building responsible persons
• Driving licence
• CSCS Card
• SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Installation of commercial boiler maintenance and/or controls or any comprehensive training or accredited scheme to prove competence in boiler operation
