Job summary

Sureserve Compliance Central is hiring a Heating Engineer to maintain and repair heating and hot water systems across client properties. You will ensure efficient, safe operation and complete required paperwork both electronically and manually.

You will work five days a week, 8am–5pm, with an on-call rota outside hours. Gas qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 are essential; a professional attitude and strong safety focus are expected.

Qualifications

• Gas qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 are required for this role.
• Experience with safe systems of work and COSHH records is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair heating systems in client properties to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Carry out service and maintenance on domestic properties across the region.
• Communicate progress and complete paperwork electronically and manually.
• Adhere to Health and Safety requirements and complete risk assessments as required.
• Assist with stock ordering and auditing to ensure parts availability; rota-based on-call evenings and weekends.
