Heat Pump Repair Technician (Technical Support)
Location: Southwest UK (Exeter area preferred)
Working Hours:We operate extended hours during the winter months and offer a shorter, 4-day week in the summer to support a healthy work-life balance(some flexibility required for call-outs required).

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Ground Source Heat Pumps, working across residential and commercial sites to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably. You will also diagnose and resolve faults over the phone and in person, with travel across the UK, primarily in the South of England.
As part of Kensa’s Technical Support Team, you will play a key role in delivering industry-leading post-installation product support and maintaining our high standards of customer service.
