Position: Heat Pump Installer
Locations: Bucks, Berks, Surrey, London, Herts, Oxon
Salary: £28,000 – £40,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

Key Responsibilities

As a Heat Pump Installer, your primary duties will include:

Servicing, Repairing, and Maintaining Heat Pump Systems: Ensure all work is carried out according to the latest manufacturer guidelines.
Diagnosing Faults and Assessing Repairs: Provide effective solutions to ensure the heating system is in good working order.
Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, keeping customers informed and satisfied with your work.
General Plumbing: Perform basic multi-trade tasks as required.
Risk Management: Highlight and manage risks, ensuring safety plans are in place.
Modern Technology: Utilise a tablet and smartphone for accurate and timely completion of work

Requirements

To qualify for the Heat Pump Installer position, you should have:

• Experience in heat pump breakdowns, repairs, and servicing
• Proficiency in heat pump installation
• General plumbing skills
• A valid driving license
• Relevant qualifications and experience

You will be working remotely. However, occassionally you maybe required to come into the office for training, team meetings or to collect parts. Office location: Unit 5, Jacksons Industrial Estate, Wessex Road, Bourne End, Bucks, SL8 5DT
