Maintenance Plumber
Lewisham, South East London
GBP50,000 - GBP55,000

Our client is looking for an experienced maintenance plumber to join a brand new site in Lewisham. This role will allow the engineer to stay away from the aggravation of travelling into the City of London brings and will provide them with the opportunity for further training. In this role you will undergo all relevant plumbing duties and also be responsible for water treatment tasks. This is a great opportunity for a maintenance plumber to gain experience in a 35 story building. This role will follow a fixed pattern of Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM on a static site.

Duties:

• PPM and Reactive Maintenance
• Plumbing duties - Taps, Valves, Toilets, Pipes and Leaks
• Water Treatment - Legionella awareness, chemical dosing, TMVs, Dead leg removal, Flushing, Cooling towers and tap temperatures
• Boiler maintenance
• General maintenance duties

Requirements:

• City and Guilds Level 2 in Heating and Ventilation / NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualifications
• Prior experience in building service maintenance in similar roles (3 years minimum)
• Very client facing
• Driven and self motivated

Package:

• GBP50,000 - GBP55,000
• Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
