Job summary

Aira in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Heat Pump Engineer to perform high-quality installations of heat pumps, cylinders and radiators, while leading a team to deliver excellent customer service.

You will install the latest equipment, work from surveyed diagrams, and participate in the Aira Academy to advance within the UK's fastest growing heat pump installer community.

Qualifications

• We will provide all necessary Air Source Heat Pump training at our own Aira Academy, however we need you to have the following.
• NVQ level 2 plumbing (or equivalent).
• Gas Qualifications / Gas Safe registered.
• Experience installing boilers or air source heat pumps.
• Experience installing hot water cylinders and radiators.
• NVQ Level 3 plumbing (or equivalent).
• WRAS Qualifications (water regs).
• Gas Qualifications.
• Unvented hot water systems (part G).
• Level 3 heat pump system design.
• F-Gas Category 1.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality heat pump installations safely and efficiently, while leading your team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Install the very latest Aira heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators as part of our energy-efficient solutions.
• Work with our designers to ensure fittings are based on surveyed plans and schematic diagrams.
• Join the Aira Academy to develop into an elite Heat Pump Engineer within the UK’s fastest growing installer network.

Education

NVQ level 2 plumbing (or equivalent)

Gas Qualifications / Gas Safe registered

Experience installing boilers or air source heat pumps

Experience installing hot water cylinders and radiators

We're currently looking for experienced domestic heating installers to join our team of Clean Energy Technicians. Even if you've never fitted a heat pump before, you may already have the skills we're looking for.

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality heat pump installations safely and efficiently, while leading your team to provide outstanding customer service.

What You'll Be Doing As a Heat Pump Engineer

• You'll be helping families lower their costs and carbon footprint by installing the very latest Aira heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators.
• You'll work closely with our designers to make sure that you'll only be fitting efficient, reliable systems. All your jobs will have been properly surveyed, and you'll be given schematic diagrams for every installation.
• You'll train at the Aira Academy to become an elite Heat Pump Engineer, giving you the opportunity for development and professional growth with the UK's fastest growing Heat Pump installer.
• You'll be joining a Europe-Wide team of Engineers as part of the Aira family.

What we would like you to have as a Heat Pump Engineer
