Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services is seeking an experienced Heat Pump Service Engineer to service, maintain and repair Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pumps across RG postcode areas. The role provides a company van, pension and generous leave, with a focus on customer-friendly service in occupied homes.

You'll diagnose faults, test system performance and keep accurate service records, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on renewable heating systems.
• Good knowledge of heat pump technology and hot water systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP), Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP) and hot water systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works to restore systems to full operation.
• Test, commission and optimise system performance.
• Complete service records and job documentation accurately.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with industry regulations and manufacturer standards.
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service in occupied homes.

Heat Pump Service Engineer

to join our growing team, carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and repairs across domestic renewable heating systems throughout the RG postcode areas.
